This is the best place to work! I always get all of the tools I need to perform my job to ensure I can do my best. I feel like my work is noticed. The team at Odessa Regional Medical Center is my family away from home.
- Johnny, EVS Supervisor

I enjoy the experiences that I gain each day from working here at ORMC. The constant personal growth is rewarding. For those considering joining the team, I would tell them about how rewarding it is to work with a great team of nurses and hospital staff. There is something new to learn everyday.

I feel that the care we provide is beneficial not just to the patient's health but it also lets people in the community know that they have a hospital with a staff that cares about them as individuals.
- Nathan, LVN transitioning to RN

I started working here early in my career and it is like an extended family. Employees work together as a team and the environment allows me to gleam personal satisfaction from my job. The work I do is rewarding because it is a patient and employee friendly facility. Employees are encouraged to be patient advocates and at the end of the day I feel that I have made a positive impact on patients lives.

ORMC works diligently to ensure employees are satisfied. Directors work with employees seeking higher education and self-fulfillment. Co-workers work together to maintain patient safety and satisfaction. ORMC is also involved in a lot of community service activities. For instance, I assist in free community health checks, education to rural hospital services, education to local EMS and I am part of a community support group.
