Job Description

Participates in the customer service functions of the Human Resources Department. Assists employees and applicants with Human Resource issues. Performs administrative and clerical related duties. May assist the Director of Human Resources, as applicable. Participates in performance improvement activities.

Qualifications

Regulatory Requirements:


* High School graduate or equivilant;
* Minimum of one-year experience in Human Resources preferred
Language Skills:
* Ability to effectively communicate in English; both verbally and in writing.
* Excellent customer service skills.
Skills:
* Excellent computer knowledge and skills in working with spreadsheets, data entry, Internet/Intranet, etc.
* Ability to use all office equipment.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Organizational Skills
