Payroll position processes payroll for hospital’s employees, including balancing time records, creating the pay period’s processing file for ADP, coordinating payment for all garnishments, training new employees in the appropriate use of the time and attendance software and providing productivity analysis and reporting for hospital Directors and Administrators. Qualifications

Regulatory Requirements:
? Minimum three (3) years’ experience processing electroinc payroll for large employer required; hospital employer preferred.
Payroll JD 3 Revsied June 2018
? Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred.
Language Skills:
? Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
? Additional languages preferred.
Skills:
? Proficient in the use of computer applications, email software (specifically Outlook), Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word and Power Point.
? Prior use of Lawson, OnBase and or API a plus.
? Recent experience with hospital operations preferred.
? Highly developed organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines within tight time frames a must.
? Ability to work independently and apply critical thinking to determine precise outcomes.
