Responsible for managing the designation process and ongoing data collection for the NICU. The coordinator will be clinically active in neonatal care, with a focus on monitoring patient care from admission to discharge. Responsibilities also include collaborating with medical and service directors, developing policies and protocols, ensuring staff competencies, and participating in the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. The coordinator will also lead and take part in QAPI meetings and regional designation-related meetings. Reporting directly to the Director of Quality.

About the Shift:
8a - 5p Monday - Friday
Regulatory Requirements:
1. RN License preferred.
2. 1 or more years of previous experience in risk management, legal or insurance-related field. Strong language Skills.
3. Able to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing. 4. Additional languages preferred.
5. Strong written and verbal skills.
